Looking for somewhere to spend the night with your loved one? I’m not talking girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband though, I’m talking about your bike.
If you’ve ever tried staying somewhere with your bike you’ll have probably found that in most cases it is far from a perfect scenario. Trying to find somewhere that doesn’t mind a mud splattered cyclist traipsing in through the front door, has somewhere decent to securely store your bike, and has provisions for washing and drying your kit is often impossible. Thanks to the Beds For Cyclists website though that could be a thing of the past.
The website seems to be aimed more towards touring cyclists who are perhaps the biggest market for this type of accommodation, but seeing as all the places on offer pride themselves on being positively welcoming towards cyclists and not just tolerant of cyclists it’s a great source of information for any rider. You can search by location for anything from a full on fancy hotel right down to a basic bunkhouse. At the moment the website only features places in the UK but even so there are already over 600 places to choose from and that number is growing all the time. So, the next time you’re looking for somewhere to stay Beds For Cyclists should probably be your first port of call.
